First of all I'd like to say Congratulations for making a wise decision and taking specific actions toward your goals.  I'm confident you're going to find this course a refreshing change of pace.

Well don't!  One step at a time!  We're going to go over a lot of things in the next few lessons for sure.  All I want you to do for now is relax and trust in the fact that we're going to go over everything you'll need to know to be successful with my system.

And don't go getting all scared on me and thinking you can't do this !  If I can do it... YOU CAN!

You certainly can do this and I'm going to help you, guide you, and walk you through the entire process so you can do it successfully too!  You have my word ;-)
