So banish the limited mindset on saturation and competition. Just set it up and market it. We will get to this in the later part of the article.

Step 2. Make A Plane Jane Video: Choose the best one chapter out of your PLR ebook. Convert this into a simple video to give away for free. No need to be perfect with it. A simple power point with a screen capture will be enough. 

If you want good videos on the fly, in about 10 minutes, here are some sites. StingerVideos.com, Toufee.com Or ArticleVideoRobot.com. All these sites convert your written words in to videos with auto-voice, and special effects without you doing anything at a relatively low cost.

Step 3. Set up a squeeze page/Opt-in Page: This is extremely important. You need to build a targeted list. Always and every time. Don't bother about your list size. Even if you have only 200 to 400, they are STILL a list of targeted prospects good enough to provide value and sell products.

The best way to set up a responsive squeeze page is to identify one real problem in your chosen niche and offer your newly converted chapter video as the solution. You can simply say in the squeeze page something "Fill out the form and discover how to eliminate acne and feel more confident"

You provide good value to your visitor this way for free at the same time gaining his trust instantly. Here's good package of Squeeze Page Generators if you are new to this.

Step 4. Get 20-30 good relevant PLR articles pack: Time to set up a perfect email follow up system. And contextually relevant PLR articles are perfect for this! Set up 4 follow up articles every week using an autoresponder service by inserting the code into your squeeze page. Here is a list of free autoresponders and commercial autoresponders to do this.

Two good services that gives you quality PLR articles are Unrestricted PLR Articles and Weekly Spin Ready Articles.

To further PLR articles usefulness, convert these PLR articles into short videos and post them on your blog and other video sharing sites. Use the last part of your video directed to your PLR eBook Sales Page.

Once you create these simple videos this, mention them in your email follow ups that you have new video on your blog. Once your subscriber experience value, he may end up buying your product.

Side Note: Now suppose, you have priced your eBook for $17, consider converting the ebook into videos. You can can very easily charge $37 for them.

Step 5. Time To Promote Your Squeeze Page: Okay, now you have your PLR articles set up in your autoresponder. Next step is to promote your squeeze page aggressively.

And Simple videos can play BIG part in promoting your Squeeze Page for more subscribers!

Suppose, you have created 30 videos out of your 30 odd PLR article, you have 30 videos to promote your squeeze page! As mentioned earlier, all you need is a simple power point presentation recorded with a screen capture software.

Time to upload these to video sharing sites. You can use either use the professional Trafficgeyser System (take the $1 trial) or tubemogul.com (free). Remember to use the same tags and the same category in youtube. Use precise keywords as much as possible in your title and in your video description. Remember to link your squeeze page in your video description.

Step 6. Set Up A Self Hosted SEO Blog: The main purpose of this is to generate organic targeted traffic from search engines. Let's populate this blog with your youtube videos and with your 'nested spun' or rewritten articles.

Some important points to remember with your SEO blog are,

• Make a summary of the video of the bottom of each video with your 3 or 4 keywords.

• When you submit your rewritten articles (Step 7 given later) to the article directories, put one anchored link to your video on youtube, and another anchored backlink to your seo optimized blog. (Usually two links are allowed in the resource box)

• Use the 'all in one seo' plug-in to seo optimize your blog. Use your one main keyword here.

• Be sure that your blog traffic goes to your squeeze page. What this means is, your visitors are always in your traffic funnel. They get more value and you get higher conversion on sales and opt-in subscribers for later sales.

• Add a separate 'high content' video as your sale pitch and has 'more value' than the seo blog.

The scene now is, you have about 20-30 videos with many backlinks for each from various video sites like Youtube and about 30 unique blog posts with 30 backlinks to your squeeze page.

Step 7. Make articles unique: Now, you need to rewrite the PLR articles, make them unique and submit them to article directories. Dupliterminator is a great free .cgi script that does the job for you neatly. You can easily install it on your server.

Step 9. Submit to PDF sharing sites:  The last frontier here. Now create a PDFs out of your 'unique articles' as well as from the nested spun articles.

Free PDF Converter is a free online tool that can convert Microsoft Office, Open Office, Lotus, images, web pages and other formats to PDF quickly and reliably.

Note: You can also bookmark these new set of various  PDF URLS from these PDF sharing sites using the tools in Step 8.

Well! Now we have mostly covered the internet with some useful and helpful content. There is a good possibly that when people searches in article directories, search engines, video sharing site, pdf sharing sites etc for help, you turn up driving traffic to your sales page and squeeze page.

Step 10. Use Social Networking Sites: You may also effectively use Facebook, MySpace and Twitter to drive traffic to your SEO blog. Create facebook page Or facebook group at the earliest.

So, whenever you post to your blog, Tweet it to your followers, update your MySpace & LinkedIn status and let your Facebook friends and fans know about it. If it's a good post, they will pass it on to their community as well.

The over all effect of this exercise is, 1000's of backlinks to your seo blog and direct traffic to your sales page. You'll literally be everywhere people look getting you targeted hungry visitors, building you a mammoth list and resulting in conversions to actual sales you never imagined possible.

Article Submission Trumps Ezine Ads and Google AdWords

You may have heard advice from Internet marketing gurus that ezine ads are one of the best forms of advertising. You may also have heard that Google AdWords and other pay per click search engines are one of the best advertising methods. But when it comes to marketing your web site, article submission trumps ezine ads and Google AdWords anytime.

The advantage of article submission is trust. Suppose you subscribe to an ezine in the form of an email newsletter. You've just sat down at your PC, coffee in hand, to read your email. There in your inbox is a copy of one of your favorite ezines, the one you read every time. Clicking on the newsletter, you see that this edition starts with a sponsor ad and then has a couple of great sounding articles and a couple more ezine ads. Sipping your coffee, one of the articles catches your attention. You read the article, and you were right. It's a great article.

At the bottom of the article, there is a link to the author's web site and a short biography. You notice the author has a link to pick up a free report with more information about the article's topic. Then you notice that right below that there's a sponsor link in an ezine ad. The sponsor's link is for a different web site, but it also offers a free report about the same topic.

Now you might click both links. But if you could only click one, which would you choose: the one by the author of the great article you just read or the one in the ezine ad?

If you would click on the one from the author of the article you just read, you're not alone. Most people would, wouldn't they?

Now suppose you're surfing around on the web. You do a Google search on a topic you're interested in, and you follow a link to a great article with some excellent advice on the topic. Again, there is a link to the author's web site and a link to a free report with more information on the topic.

Right beside it are five Google AdWords ads on the same topic. As luck would have it, they are also each offering a free report on the same topic.

You would still be most likely to click on the author's link at the bottom of the article, though, wouldn't you?

Article submission trumps ezine ads and Google AdWords because you establish a relationship and build trust with your reader. You are obviously the expert. After all, you wrote the article. And the webmaster or ezine publisher wouldn't have published the article if they didn't think you knew what you were talking about, right?

Years ago, I used to do direct sales in people's homes. I learned that one of the first things you need to do is the "warm up." You've just entered someone's home, they don't know who you are as a person, and they know you're going to be trying to get money from them before you leave.

If you don't establish rapport quickly, it's difficult to overcome people's natural sales resistance. In direct sales in the home, you do that by talking a little with people before you begin your sales presentation. They get to know you as a person, and their resistance is lowered.

Most people can't do sales because they remain the "enemy," the horrible sales person who wants to sell something. Let's face it, people hate sales people!

But imagine if you could warm up to people easily - and not just one or two people, but thousands of people. Imagine if instead of selling them something, you could educate them about something that will solve a problem and be of great benefit to them. That's entirely different, isn't it?

Article submission allows you to do exactly this, and on a massive scale. If you submit many articles to article submission sites and article directories, many will be published on web sites and in ezines around the Internet. People will read your articles and warm up to you. Solve their problems and they'll want more.

It's hard to accomplish that with Google AdWords. You only have three lines and a few words to build interest and trust and to get the click. It's also hard to achieve that with ezine ads. Even with solo ezine ads, evéryone knows they are advertisements.
